Introductory meeting of the MeRLab course

In the days of 4.2. - 6.2. 2009 in the premises of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Maribor was held an introductory meeting of the pilot  MeRLab course. Due to the large number of applicants (70) has been divided into three groups. The meeting, whose purpose was more detailed presentation of the course content and method of work, was led by course mentors Dr. Andreja Rojko and Darko Hercog.

On Wednesday, 4.2. 2009 the course participants were kindly welcomed by prof. Igor Tičar, Dean of the FERI and prof. Karel Jezernik, Head of the Institute of Robotics. Introductory course was also attended by the Chairman of the Board for Science in the Chamber of Craft of Slovenia, Mr. Janez Škrlec.
